Her expertise extends beyond the private sector—she is an active member of the City of Whittier Planning Commission and previously served on the Parking and Transportation Commission, contributing valuable insights to urban development. Yvonne is also deeply committed to community service, sitting on the Board of Directors for CAPC, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering young adults with disabilities to transition into independent living.
